ChefTec Fund Awards ChefTec to "Reconcile New Orleans, Inc."

Reconcile New Orleans is community lifeline for many

BOULDER, Colo. - February 5, 2013 -- Culinary Software Services, the leading provider of back-of-the-house technology for the foodservice industry, announced that the ChefTec Fund has made a donation of ChefTec Software to Reconcile New Orleans, Inc. The ChefTec Fund was set up by Culinary Software Services to provide ChefTec software to non-profit organizations who have limited resources and where the use of ChefTec would significantly contribute to the achievement of their goals.

Reconcile New Orleans, Inc. transforms the lives of young adults and the community through the ministry of reconciliation. They do this by encouraging personal growth, providing workforce development and training, promoting entrepreneurship and working with businesses, nonprofits and people of faith to support the transformation.

"Reconcile New Orleans completely encompasses the ideals behind the ChefTec Fund," commented Eileen Allison, Marketing Representative at Culinary Software Services. "Training youth from severely at-risk communities to provide them marketable skills and giving them practical experience is the kind of business the ChefTec Fund is proud to support."

"ChefTec will reduce costs and increase profits," said CEO, R. Glen Armantrout. "We thank Culinary Software Services for their donation and look forward to the many benefits ChefTec Software will bring to our cause."

According to Mr. Armantrout, the ChefTec Fund's software donation will be utilized in their New Orleans' Central City neighborhood restaurant Cafe Reconcile, to enhance menu development and assess nutritional values. The ability of the software to automate inventory control will save time, and the advanced tracking of purchases and sales will allow them to keep an eye on their bottom-line.

To be eligible for a donated copy of ChefTec Software organizations must be a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit under IRS rules, and must be able to document how the software will be used as a part of the group's primary mission. Examples of groups that will be eligible for donations from the ChefTec Fund include shelters for the homeless or victims of domestic violence, group homes, and food banks. Non-profit groups interested in applying for assistance from the ChefTec Fund may contact Eileen Allison via email at Marketing@CulinarySoftware.com or call 303-447-3334.
